Frequently asked questions

How long does it last?

The smoothing effect of Titanium can last for months, depending on how it is applied, your hair type and the processing time (we recommend 30 to 60 minutes). If needed, you can reapply Titanium 30 days after the last application.

Are there any contraindications or side effects?

Always follow the instructions on the label. Like any cosmetic, Titanium may cause a reaction in people who are sensitive to an ingredient in the formula. That's why you should do a strand test and a skin sensitivity test 48 hours before the first application. Do not inhale the vapors, and do not use on irritated or broken skin.

Can I use Titanium during pregnancy?

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, older adults, children under 12 and people with pre-existing conditions or who take medication regularly should consult a doctor before using the product.

I have used other chemical treatments. Can I use Titanium?

Titanium is compatible with most chemical treatments, such as progressive and keratin smoothing, permanent straightening, hair botox, dyes and bleaching. Because of its low pH, it is not compatible with some chemicals, mainly straighteners and relaxers such as guanidine, sodium hydroxide and thioglycolates, as well as henna-based straighteners, ammonia and lead. Avoid coloring or bleaching for 15 days before and 15 days after the application, until the pH of the hair stabilizes. Before using any new product on your hair, nanoHair recommends testing it on a small strand to evaluate it, adjust how you apply it and get the best result for your hair type.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

Orders ship from Brazil to the countries listed at checkout, with a tracking code. Delivery usually takes 10 to 25 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on your country. Prices are in US dollars. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are collected on delivery and paid by the customer.
